Well then. This album took much longer to create than I had hoped it would. The main reason was due to the loss of my mother on October 18, 2015. At the same time, I was also coming to terms with my identity overall. But now after five years, I can finally bring you all this album. It's a special one to me, and I'm so happy to have had it mixed by James again, who did a great job with Zerstörung back in 2013, and also from that album kate can wait on vocals, where she truly brightens the album with her vocals.

Part two of the Ethereal series, this time we enter the dark night. Here, we hear more dark ambient soundscapes than before, lots of samples, lots of experimentation as well. This album was created mostly in the night time I’ve found, just as Scarlet Ethereal was created mainly around the evening time each day. The final track was influenced by my mother's absolute devotion to her faith, and features a special passage.

I’d like to thank anyone who waited these five years for a new album, and nearly seven years for a sequel to Scarlet Ethereal. I promise you the next Ethereal album will not take as long to make, it’s already almost finished as of my writing here!
